Opening in 2022, the new PGA of America headquarters in Frisco is a four-story, 106,622-sf facility. The project was built by Adolfson & Peterson, in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield.

This data center in Red Oak, TX consists of three 250,000-sf greenfield data centers. The project’s general contractor was Brasfield & Gorrie.

Krum Solar Farm

Located in a hub of solar projects, this solar farm in Krum, TX debuted in 2023. The project is another notch in the renewables sector for the Lonestar Industrial team.

Lorraine Hooks Dredge

Lorraine Hooks Dredge

Completed in 2023, Lorraine Hooks is a 300-ft cutter section dredge (CSD), deployed for coastal restoration and navigation dredging projects off the coast of Louisiana. The project’s lighting and controls was designed entirely by the Lonestar team.

Oracle Phase II Waterfront

Oracle Phase II Waterfront

Home to software giant Oracle, this expansion of the Austin campus added an 8-story, 420,000 square foot office project, including multiple outdoor garden roof terraces. Austin Commercial served as general contractor, and architectural and interior design services by STG Design.

SpaceX Barge (ASOG)

SpaceX’s latest self driving barge ASOG (A Shortfall of Gravitas) is an autonomous spaceport drone ship completed in July 2021. The drone ship joined the East Coast fleet, operating around the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean.

Able Springs Solar + Storage

In Kaufman County, Texas, this project consists of a 150 MW solar and 100 MW battery storage system. The development spans 1,300 acres and is currently in development.

The Independent

The Independent

As the tallest building in Austin, this 370-unit residential skyscraper welcomed tenants in 2019. Nicknamed the “Jenga Tower,” its creative design is known throughout the city. Rhode Partners provided architectural services, while Balfour Beatty was general contractor.

Q2 Stadium at McKalla Place

Q2 Stadium at McKalla Place

Opening its doors In June 2021, Q2 Stadium is home to Austin FC, the first major professional sports team to play in Austin. The project broke ground in September 2019, with Austin Commercial as the construction manager, and Gensler as lead architect.

Currently under construction, this solar park is located in Uvalde, Texas and is expected to have a generation capacity of 200 megawatts. Spanning 1,865 acres, the renewable project is expected to benefit a population of 38,000.

Scheduled for completion in 2018, Hermann Pavilion 2 is a 17-story hospital in Houston that will provide more than one million square feet of expanded emergency room, operating room, intensive care, and administrative support capacity.  Lonestar Electric Supply was awarded the lighting and controls by Fisk Electric.

UH Indoor Football Practice Facility

UH Indoor Football Practice Facility

Recenty completed, the University of Houston's new indoor football practice facility boasts 80,000 square feet of functional and technologically advanced facilities to include a 120-yard playing surface, video board, and remote-controleld cameras. Lonestar Electric Supply was awarded the lighting, lighting controls, and miscellaneous electrical materials by Lakey Electric.

BASF Houston – Energy Tower IV

BASF Houston – Energy Tower IV

The BASF buildout in Energy Tower IV serves as office space for over 350 Houston based employees. Energy Tower IV is a class-A, LEED Gold certified building and the BASF offices provide a modern and innovative working atmosphere that incorporates comtemporary design, open architecture, and ample meeting and huddle space. Lonestar Electric Supply was awarded the lighting, lighting controls, and miscellaneous electrical supplies scope of work by Extreme Power Services.

The Lonestar Industrial team assisted and provided materials for Kinder Morgan’s Digester Plant KM86, and KM87.

Overture Stone Oak

Overture Stone Oak

Overture Stone Oak is a 143 unit, 55+ apartment community located on the northside of San Antonio. The community boasts resort-style amenities including a movie theater, game room, hair and nail salon, yoga studio, pool, and event lawn. Lonestar Electric Supply designed and provided the lighting controls in the clubhouse and amenities areas and was awarded the scope of work by MSF Electric.

Aura 3Sixty Apartments

Aura 3Sixty Apartments

Recently completed, the Aura 3Sixty is a 352-unit luxury apartment community, located in Grand Prairie, TX. The amenities in the community include a large clubhouse with billiards table and a grand fireplace, dog exercise park, bocce ball court, and recreation area with walking paths and grilling stations. Lonestar Electric Supply designed and provided the lighting control system in the clubhouse and amenities areas, and was awarded the scope of work by MSF Electric.
